Co-Director of Athletics, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (2013-Present) - Oversees all athletic programs, staff and operations. Earned the distinction of Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) through the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) in 2017.

Board of Directors ,Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association (VISAA) (2020-Present) - Represents the Eastern Virginia region and the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools (TCIS) regarding athletic matters at the state level. Also serves on the boys’ basketball and boys’ lacrosse executive committees within VISAA.

President, Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools (TCIS) (2021-2023) - Elected by peer athletic directors to oversee and coordinate the conference operations.

Member, United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division I All-American Committee (2009-2013) - Selected to help vote and review the Division I all-american process.

Member, NCAA Division II Men’s Lacrosse Regional Advisory Committee (2003-2004) - Elected to assist the regional rankings during the season.

Member, NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Committee (2004) - Elected to serve with coaches in all three NCAA divisions to oversee growth, development and operations of the sport.
